WebSep 12, 2014 · I am trying to use my hotmail account through Outlook.com on my laptop (which runs Windows 8.1). I am able to receive emails and I can delete emails. I can't seem to reply, forward or compose new emails. When I click on these functions, the computer pauses like it might do something, but nothing happens. Help would be appreciated!
